MATHS:

CO-ORDINATE:-
straight line, circle, locus.
ALGEBRA:- complex no.,quadratic equation,probability,a.p.,g.p.
CAlCULUS:-
LIMIT,CONTINUiTY,integration,application of calculus.
Trigonometry all are important (carries near about at least -5marks each year)

PHYSICS:

mechanics,kinematics,vectors,gravitation,atomic physics, Electronics and electromagnetism.

CHEMISTRY:

bonding, organic chemistry, metals.however tough questions are from physical part.

here are the some of the important topics.........

MATHS--circles,,parabola,,hyperbola...calculus,,,,,,,perm utations and combinations
PHYSICS---mechanics part(especially rotatory motion),,light,,,sound,,,electrostatics..

Dear friend,
To get chance in the IITs is quite tough.
You have to prepare yourself as much as possible.
You should provide your time in studies as long as possible.
As the questions are totally conceptual, you should have a clear concept in all the chapters.
You should give equal priority to all the chapters as all of them are inter-related.

MENTIONED ARE THOSE PARTS WHICH CARRY MUCH WEIGHTAGE IN IIT-JEE.

you can able to score more then 150 just preparing this nicely.

in maths :

differential calculus,

integral calculus,

analytical geometry

in physics:

mechanics,

electricity,

magnetism

thermodymanics,

in chemistry;

organic chemistry,

5,6,7, groups and qualitative analysis in inorganic chemistry

chemical and ionic equilibriums in physical chemistry

If you really want to score more than or just 150 marks than you can prepare the following topics:
Mathematics
Algebra of complex numbers
Permutations and combinations
Trigonometry
Two dimensions: Cartesian coordinates, distance between two points, section formulae, shift of origin
Differential calculus
Integration by parts, integration by the methods of substitution and partial fractions

Physics:
Mechanics: Kinematics in one and two dimensions
Systems of particles; Centre of mass and its motion
Linear and angular simple harmonic motions
Thermal physics: Thermal expansion of solids, liquids and gases
Electricity and magnetism: Coulomb's law; Electric field and potential
Optics

Chemistry: As during last year organic chemistry was carrying more weightage so you should prepare for organic chemistry:
Reactions of benzene
Phenols
Carbohydrates
Amino acids and peptides

I have discussed various time on this topic.

However, depending on IITJEE syllabus we can list the followings:-

You can able to score more then 150 just preparing this nicely.

And also give as much as mock tests possible,it will bring perfection to you.
