General and Commercial Laws : To get exemption, you need degree in Law with minimum 50% marks or MA in Corporate Secretaryship with minimum 50% marks Company Accounts, Cost and management accounting: MBA/MCOM/B.COM you should have studied this subject and have scored minimum 50% marks Tax Laws :MA in Corporate Secretaryship with minimum 50% marks or ICWAI Passed students Eligibilty to give the Executive level Exams of ICSI is Graduation Pass or Foundation course pass of the ICSI |
