If you are talking about aieee than yes you have chance to get into a nit. Though you may not get the top NITs though you can get NITs like NIT patna or silchar. You can't get the ranks like- 31620 , 4957 and 1339 in any B.Tech exam .so please provide us the name of exam in which you have got these ranks.If you have got these ranks in AIEEE , then yes you have the chance to get colleges like NITs.
