Hello friend,
Any graduate student of electronics with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in his/her graduation shall be eligible to apply for Junior scientist job in ISRO (Indian space research organisation). These exams are conducted by the organisation itself with the portion which shall be equivalent to the portion of GATE paper.
This exam is generally held in the april month of every year.
So do apply for next year if interested.

Here i am also providing Official website for more help in this regard:

Good luck!!!

you can join ISRO for B.Tech program. The Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology is an ISRO's institute. You can take admission to B.Tech program in Aerospace Engineering, Avionics, Chemistry, Earth and Space Sciences, Mathematics and Physics.
Details you will get : http://www.iist.ac.in/about-us/about-iist

But NASA does not provides any course for pursuing B.Tech for Indians,But after completing your M.Tech in Aeronautics,Avionics,or Space technology related discipline you can join for PhD at NASA.
