Yes, you can apply for aeronautical engineering after B.Sc , After passing 12th or equivalent with physics, chemistry and maths one should apply for JEE entrance exam conducted by IIT. To be an aeronautical engineer one should have a graduate degree (B.E/B.tech) or diploma in aeronautics.
After the selection in JEE entrance exam you can apply in colleges for the admission to B.tech aeronautical engineering courses.

Aerospace engineering is a stream of bright future. You can definitely do aerospace engineering after B.Sc course. You can write the entrance exam of AIEEE or state CET on the basis of your 12th marks. Once you clear the written test you can apply for aerospace engineering. You can choose the college offering this course. You can even write IITJEE and try to get admission in IIT College. Another option for you is to write AMIE test. The test is conducted twice a year. This is equivalent to B.E or B.Tech.

Hi dear,

You can persue B.tech Aeronautical Engineering, through Lateral Entry Scheme.

Entrance for Lateral Entry are conducted by diffent states, they are state level competetion.

For example- West bengal conducts JELET for lateral entry scheme into 2nr year of B.tech.You have'nt mentioned the name of your state so that I can help you accordingly.

Besides these various good institutes also offers Direct entry to B.sc graduate with good marks.

Institutes like- Millia Institute of Technology, Calcutta University etc.

You can join B.Tech or B.E Aeronautical Engineering. There are different entrance exam for joining engineering courses. As a B.Sc student you can also join engineering course through lateral entry process. For this you need to have more than 60 % of marks.

You cannot apply for M.tech after completing your B.sc in Mathematics because

after B.Sc you have to option to enter into aeronautical engineering.

1) lateral entry- after B.Sc you may take admission in aeronautical engineering through lateral entry scheme. for this you have to appear in lateral entry entrance examination. there are lateral entry examination for every state. if you can crack this examination with a good position then you will be able to choose a good college and you will be directly admitted to second year of aeronautical engineering.

2) engineering entrance examination- another way to take admission in aeronautical engineering is you have to appear in engineering entrance examination. like a student appear after class 12 you have to appear in entrance examination of engineering like AIEEE, WBJEE, IIT JEE and other state based engineering entrance examination. if you can secure a good rank then you will be able take admission.

also another way to take admission is management quota. but in this quota you have to pay money for admission. i think it is better to take admission through lateral entry after giving entrance examination.

No.......! M.Tech can not be done after B.sc.

For persuing M.Tech first you have to persue M.sc (Mathematics, Physics) then you have to crack GATE. Eligibility is such that candidate must have 60% aggregate in B.Tech/B.E./M.sc/Senior Certificate of AMIE. One more thing candidate must have studied +2, Candidates with Diploma engineering without studing +2 are not eligible.

GATE: Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, is a national level conpetetion each year conducted IIT's in collaboration with IISC, Banglore for admission into M.Tech programmes in all IIT and IISC and NAtional and State University it is also accepted by more or less Every Institute in India.

Hello friend,
Of course you can take admission in Aeronautical Engineering. As you are completed your bachelor degree you will get admission in second year(3rd semester).
You can get admission through lateral entry procedure or management quota.
So just choose a good college/university and take admission as possible.

one should have a graduate degree (B.E/B.Tech.) or at least a diploma in Aeronautics. The degree and postgraduate
degree courses are offered by the engineering colleges West Bengal allows appearing for WBJEE till the age limit of 24 years, no matter weather you are B.sc/M.sc the minimum requirement is +2 with PCM at least 50% aggregate

There are many colleges which provide lateral entry in 2nd year in engineering, u may join these colleges. Otherwise many colleges takes addmission entrence test on the basis of graduation degree, you just qualify the test u got the addmission.

Well, if you have B.sc honours in Mathematics, Physics then only you can expect so. And no Direct admission you have to go through Entrance exams which are meant for Lateral Entry.

Howeve, you can get Direct admission into 1st year of Aerospace Engineering.

Various Institutes has this type of facility, like- Pailan College of Management and Technologhy(http://www.pcmt-india.net/). Degree will be awarded from IGNOU.

Similarly for Aeronautical Engineering you can opt for such college which offers degree from Universities like- IGNOU.

Definitely,you can take aeronautical engineering after B.Sc.
