M.Tech is meant only for those who have done B.Tech or B.Ed. u can go in for M.Sc in biotech or go in for MBA if u get a good MBA college..then u will be placed in a good company with a very high salary..but for MBA..u will have to clear any of the following exam.. CAT MAT XAT FMS Symbiosis hope this helps..

Re: What should i do after bsc in biotechnology? Dear Friend, It is a very good idea for higher study,for that you can choose one of M.Tech,M,Sc,MBA etc.. It will be better if you choose M.Sc,because as you are student of B.Sc,then you will be in your way, Besides this yopu can enhance your knowledge & experience after M.Sc, then you can go for Ph.D degree But if you take M.Tech ,it is also better course,but it is totally technical line. but if you have more interest for M.Tech you may go for it,no problem is there. for more visit:http://www.satisfieddegree.com Good luck. |

Since there is a great demand in market today of such type of student and cant do M tech directly because you are a bsc student so for doing M tech you have to do MSC first then also you are illegible for that. |

You can get hired to a job for a considerable period of time. After that, Do opt for Post Graduation in your specialisation. Because, You can get into a good institute for PG and after that, You will have good remuneration as you have prior experience. Can also take MBA for PG. Not a bad option either. All the Best. |

No...........! As a B.sc candidate you can not appear for GATE you have to complete your M.sc with first class, then only you can appear for it. you can give GATE till the age of 30 years there is no rectriction for number of attempts. GATE score is valid for 2 years. |

But as you want to do M.Tech, i want to let you inform that just after your B.Sc you can't do M.Tech, because for M.Tech the minimum criteria is either B.Tech or M.Sc .oppurtunity is for well skilled and power knowledge professionals and these qualities can only obtained by studing from a good institute, with excellent labs and faculty. |

Re: What should i do after bsc in biotechnology? Yes of course ! But untill you have studied it from a Good Institute. Thats because Biotechnology Sector in India is still not getting its charm. Still India required more well developed Infrastructure and investment for that. So, oppurtunity is for well skilled and power knowledge professionals and these qualities can only obtained by studing from a good institute, with excellent labs and faculty. So, dont worry about career, just take care that you have selected the right institute for it. Best of Luck

There is not even a single major industry or business arena where software development and design. Also there are many more computer application in any major investment. The job that a comp. engineer gets completely depends on the qualification in BTech as well as extra knowledge of various designing software and programing languages and rather the later one matters more. The major govt service that can be offered are in DRDO, ISRO where there is no question about job profile or anything but for that at least MTech or PhD would be required. The main requirement is that you need to be very good in the various programing languages and designing. Apart from studies you should do project work in your college and also visit for summer training and internship in the R&D section of any software or designing company. The 'Design' term is associated with planning and designing of buildings, machine, equipment or it can be design of anything.. Thank You |

Scope of computer engineering in government sector is also very promissing. You can get into following types of jobs with govrnment sectors:- Probationary Officer. Junior Engineer. Trainee Engineers. Scientist with organisations like- ISRO, DRDO etc. Find asisstant lecturereship at various government as well as private colleges. Work as Consultant. And various other jobs under IT ministry. Besides these you are free to appear for ICS (India civil service) also. Best of Luck

MBA and M.tech are also good option but you will be acing some problem while doing this as you will be studying whole new concepts....... go for the course in which you are very much interested......... all the best |

After BSc there are lots of options like doing doing MBA,IAS or Mtech For Mtech you will have to answer GATE and after clearing you will be offered to study MTech in Biotech. Other option is MBA which is a very lucrative career. Prepare for CAT and work hard to clear it. After you clear it lots of college options are opened and you can chose whichever college you want according to your score So choose the field which interests you and do well in it Cheers

Dear friend MSc Bioteche If your problem is only MSc and MTech difference then let me tell you very clearly that there could be some place where MSc and MTech in Biotechnology are assumed to be different but mostly they are assumed to be equivalent. MSc(Biotech) from IIT-B and JNU-Delhi are of very high demand. So, there is no question of a good career in MSc biotech. If you have already graduted with this subject and you have interest in this then please don't think about career prospect and money income after the completion of course. MBA is undoubtedly a good career option as it is free from the graduation stream. But, doing MBA is not so easy as it seems to be. Everybody might not be equally smart towards finance, market analysis etc. etc... If you measure yourself as a good management skilled person then must go for MBA but if the field is somewhat very much unknown to you then you may face difficulty. Thank You |
