look all the brances have their own importance so first make up ur mind in which subject or branch u have more intreste and in which field u want make career. in clinical or pre clinical do pharmcolgy, for QC/QA do QA branch, for R& D go for analysis and med chemisry, etc. so first go through ur intrest all the best |

You are interested in marketing best decision and in abroad there will be a job opportunities is to high but you have some knowledge about abroad.
