University of Hyderabad Phd. In Mathematics Entrance Exam - Download Previous Years Question Papers University of Hyderabad undertakes an entrance exam in order to offer admission in the Ph. D based programs in the discipline of Mathematics. The question paper carries a maximum of seventy-five marks and has a total duration of two hours. The paper is divided into two part namely Part A and Part B. Part A is a Multiple types based sections, containing around twenty-five questions, each carrying a maximum of one marks. Part B is a subjective type section containing around fifteen questions, out of which candidates have to answer any ten. Each of the question this section carries a maximum of five marks. There is a negative marking of one-fourth for each of the question answered incorrectly in both of the Part.
