Hey, one of my freind also same problem.i asked him he told that you can't change your counselling center. you have to go to only that counselling center form which zone you give the exam it's the rule of iitjee counselling examination. because zone are divided by iit's to reduce the rush at one center this steps are taken by iit's good luck |
