The notification for JTO examination has not yet been published.
Once it is published it will be available on BSNL official website(http://www.bsnl.co.in/),yes you are eligible for jto exam as you are final year students of b.e

Eligibility for JTO

Education :

Engineering degree from a recognized college/university

i. Telecommunication,
ii. Electronics,
iii. Radio,
iv. Computer,
v. Electrical.
vi. Information Technology

Final students can also apply for it, they are eligible

yes. you can given JTO after passing B.E in Computer Science.

the following branch of engineering holders are allow for JTO exam.

1.ECE.

2.ETE.

3.EEE.

4.CSE.

5.IT.

6.EE.

7.CE.

etc.

the other criteria is

1.60% marks in engineering.

2.age limit 21-29 years.
