Re: What is the scope after MBA in HR? I am interested in finance. But people say that its a very difficult field for a girl as it is very hectic and i will not be able to devote time to family and hobbies. They say hr is a better field for a girl. Please advice. |

Re: What is the scope after MBA in HR? hellpo as m a commerce graduate....can u please suggst me wheter to opt for finance or h.r. as i got cleard in bimhrd as {pm and hrd} and if i want toswitc to finance they have to stream ,finance core ,n marketing n h.r,n if i go have to giv xam for finanace n if i cleard den i will get finance othrwise thy will switch me to marketing........den i cant come back too h,r..plus......heard thatin balaji h.r is bst......plz suggest me wh to do ............rly soon urgent hai....... |

The HR candidates can work as HR specialist, analyst, payroll manger etc. They will get chances in many reputed organizations after few years of experience. Remuneration is also good in this field. |
