UU is taking admission to M.Sc. physics on 50% academic basis and 50% entrance basis.U r elligible but it may be difficult to get a seat for admission bcz more than 80% students applying for it may have 1st class Hons. with distinction.You should do as far as better i Entrance as a result u can get a seat. Thank u. |

For admission to the M.Sc.(Physics) course, both your career-record and your performance in the entrance exam will be considered - 50% weightage is given to the career and 50% to the entrance test. Re: Eligibility for PG in physics in utkal university They usually give 50% weightage to entrance exam and 50% to your graduation marks. Most of the students who are admitted usually percentage higher than 60 to 70%. So you need to score higher in entrance exams to balance it off and stand a better chance to get to the PG program. |
