Re: Qualifications required for CBI entrance exam? Dear, qualification for that is to be Graduate.. for that you need to have good physical strength also like any armed force.. Height 157.5 cms. Chest 81 cms. (fully expanded with a minimum expanses of 5 cms.) The exam is conducted every year for various other posts also. The minimum eligibility criteria for this exam requires pass in any graduation degree. The degree is required to be taken from a government approved college. The general age limit is 18-27 years and some of the posts requires age 20-26. |

The age limit is 20to 25Years and there is an age relaxation for the reserved candidates. Written examination pattern: General Test Reasoning General awareness Numerical Ability Personality test or Interview carrying 100 marks English language language comprehension communication ability test. Hey, To become a CBI officer you will have to appear for CGPE {Combined Graduate Preliminary Exam} organized by SSC{Staff Selection Commission} once in a year. Eligible Criteria Educational Qualification You need to be citizen of India you need to complete your Undergraduate degree in any Discipline Age Criteria Your Minimum Age limit is 21years of age Maximum age limit for general Candidate is 30years of age Maximum age limit for OBC Candidate is 33years of age Maximum age limit for SC/ST Candidate is 35years of age Physical Requirements for CBI Height should be 164 CMS Weight should be correlated to height Chest Should be 80 CMS Eye Vision should be 6/9 Best of luck!!! |

You should secure the graduation from a recognized university or college. You should be at least 21 years of age to attend this exam. The final year graduation students can also apply for this exam. The candidate, who gets through the written examinations, will be selected for the most suitable post in CBI. But they should also clear the interview round also.but vacancies in cbi are very few and they always prefer the experienced persons from police or defence.. allthe best |
