Aptitude exam 2.Group discussion(Optional ) 3.Technical Interview 4.HR Aptitude examination consist of :: Quantitative Aptitude. Verbal Reasoning. Non-Verbal Reasoning. General English. The criteria of SYNTEL is given below:- 1)Candidate must be score at least 50% in through out career. 2)Pending Backlog are not allowed. 3)Maximum 1 year gap are allowed.
