Yes, there is a negative marking in JEMAT exam.

There is a deduction of 1/4 marks (25% marks) for one wrong answer.



JEMAT stands for Joint Entrance Management Admission Test.

This test is conducted by West Bengal University.

Eligibility criteria for this test :-

>> The candidate must be passed his / her graduation in any discipline from any recognized university.

>> The candidate who is appearing in final year can also apply for this exam.

Selection procedure for this exam :-

1] Aptitude test

2] Group discussion

3] Personal interview

Hi

Yes there will be negative marking for wrong answers.
For each wrong answers, 25% of the mark allotted to that question will be deducted.
Another tip: For getting selected, it is not enough if you secure minimum pass marks in test. But you should secure minimum pass in each of te 4 papers namely Verbal communiation, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative aptitude, and Data Interpretation.

hello friend,

Yes as far as i know there are negative marking in JMET exam.

The test is objective questions based totally and for each wrong answer one-forth of the total marks will be deducted.

So you have to be cautious of this.

correct ans..== 100% mark

incorrect ans ==25% mark deducted

there is negative marking for incorrect answers in Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test ( JEMAT) examination. for more detail rearding JEMAT.and it was the 1/4th of the total marks.

negative marking in JEMET exam is 1/4 marks of the question.
so don't go for wrong answers it will deduce your total.

There is nothing mentioned in the brochure...So we can just guess regarding negative markings....No one can tell you surely about it....Don't worry about that....Prepare well and your positive marks should take care of the negative marks...Marking scheme will be mentioned in exam paper.....best of luck

Yes, definately, there is negative marking for incorrect answers in Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test ( JEMAT) examination. for more detail rearding JEMAT
