There are 2 exams conducted by ISS one at UG level & other at PG level.
I am mentioning both of them below:
1) A candidate for the Indian Statistical Service must have a degree with Statistics or Mathematics or Economics as a subject from any of the Universities.
2) Post Grade Degree from an Indian university in Statistics/Applied Statistics/Mathematical Statistics.

Candidates appearing in qualifying degree exams are also eligible provisionally subject to producing proof of passing along with Detailed Application Form.

Re: Eligibility criteria for Indian Statistical Service after SYBSC(Statistics)?

It is must have completed your degree to appear for the ISS exam. Since you are pursuing mathematics you are eligible to appear for the test after graduation. There is minimum age requirement of 21 years too. Also you should pursue the degree from a recognised institute. You can start preparing for the exams right away.
