For IAS, you have to appear for the Civil Service Exam conducted by the UPSC. The minimum eligibility criteria is as follows: Age Limits: Minimum 21 years as on 1st August of the year of exam. Also upper age limit is 30 years(Relaxations as per govt. rules). Educational Qualification: Minimum graduation degree from a recognized university.Final year students can also apply. You can fill the forms online at: http://upsconline.nic.in/index.php The steps are very easy and fast and you can find the procedure on the above mentioned link itself. Important Dates: *Last date of submission of form:21.03.2011 *Date of Prelim Exams:12.06.2011 *Date of Main Exams:29.10.2011 Notification attached for your reference. |

Hi, For IAS you need to apply for the Civil Servises exam. The notification for the exam will come in the month of january in the employment newspaper. The form will be available at the cost of Rs. 25 from your nearby head post office and you need to affix a CRF stamp on it of Rs 100. You can get the detailed information about this exam on the website upsc.gov.in. check it during january. |
