Re: Required Marks in 12th standard to join NDA? How to join in Army? A minimum of 60% is required in 12th class to join NDA. NDA stands for National Defence Academy. The eligibility criteria for NDA is given below : 1. The candidate must have passed the 12th class examination or any equivalent examination in aggregate with physics, chemistry and mathematics. 2. The candidate must be an Indian. 3. The age limit is 16.5 to 19.5 years. Hope for your good future scope. How to join in Army? hiii Although the NDA exam is conducted by the UPSC it has some eligibility criteria it need to be fulfilled other wise your form would be rejected .as you fall in between the given age limit you are eligible for it candidate must also follow the other eligibility criteria that are: must be a citizen of India . must be unmarried . must have completed 10+2 . only male candidate are allowed . must be physically fit . |

Dear  There is no restriction on marks or percentage to join NDA or Army. to join in Army one should pass 12 or equivalent from any recognised board. Only unmarried male candidates between age 16 1/2 to 19 years only can apply for NDA. To get selected into NDA a candidate has to go through three stages : 1.Written examination conducted by UPSC 2.Interview by SSB to test officer potentialities 3.Medical Test by a Service Medical Board. N.D.A exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year. After qualifying N.D.A exam you can join Defence services like:- > Army > Air Force > Navy Eligibility criteria:- > Pass 12th with recognized university > Age limit:-16.5-19 year. > Must be citizen of India > Medically fit There are three steep of selection:- > Written Exam > Interview > Medical exam IMPORTANT DATES FOR N.D.A. & N.A.
