In order to Appear in RTO(Regional Transport Officer) ,you will require the following Eligibility:-

Educational Qualification:-

>>Your minimum educational qualification should be Graduation Pass out.
>>Your degree should be from Recognized university.
>>Your degree should be approved from the UGC/AICTE.

Age :-

>>Your minimum age should be 21 years.
>>Your age should not be above 35 years.

Age Relaxations facility will be given to the Reserved category.Its details are:-

>>If you belong from the SC/ST then you will get 5 years of age relaxations.
>>If you belong from the OBC then you will get 3 years of age relaxations.


Marks:-

>>If you belong from the General category then your minimum marks should be 60%.
>>If you belong from the SC/ST/BC Category then your minimum marks should be 50%.


Exam Pattern:-

Questions will be from two sections.These are:-
>>General paper.
>>Optional Paper.

General Paper will include questions from:-General Knolwedge.
OptionalPaper willinclude questions from:-Computer science/Mechanical Engineering.

RTO exam which has been conducted by the Public service commission of every state .

Under the RTO exam three types of posts like:

Clerk post
Assistant engineer post
Judicial post etc

Eligibility for the RTO exam:

For the clerk post:
Educational Qualification: you should be passed the 10th class or equivalent class
age limit: age must be between the 18 to 28 years,
Nationality: Indian citizen.

For the Assistant engineer post:
Educational Qualification: you should be passed bachelor degree in engineering with atleast 55% marks from any recognized university.
age limit: age must be between the 21 to 30 years,
Nationality: Indian citizen

For the Judicial post:
Educational Qualification: you should be passed the bachelor degree in LAW with atleast 55% marks from any recognized university.
age limit: age must be between the 21 to 30 years.
Nationality: Indian citizen

Selection process:
1. written test
2.Interview

Dear friend,

The full name of RTO is Road Transport Officer. This exam is conducted by Public Service Commission of each state. RTO comes under the state government organization. This exam is conducted for the selection of candidates for the following three posts in RTO:-
  1. Clerical post
  2. Judicial post
  3. Assistant Engineer post.

Eligibility Criteria:-

For RTO clerk post -
  1. You should be the citizen of India.
  2. your age should be in between 18 to 37 years.
  3. You should have completed your Graduation in any stream from a recognized university.

For RTO Judicial post-
  1. You should be the citizen of India
  2. You should have the age limit within 23-35 years.
  3. You should have completed your graduation in law from a recognized university.

For RTO sub assistant engineer post-
  • You should be the citizen of India.
  • Your age should not be more than 34 years.
  • You should have completed B.Tech/B.E. degree course in any one of the following streams-

1)- Mechanical Engineering,
2)- Electrical Engineering,
3)- Civil Engineering,
4)- Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Selection Procedure:-

1)- Written exam:
  • Preliminary Exam,
  • Main Exam.

2)- Personal Interview.

Exam Pattern:-


1. General Studies.

2. English Language.

3. Optional Subjects.

You need to complete the Degree in law.

Age limit is 23 to 34 years.

Clerical Post:

You need complete the 12th standard.

Your age limit is 18 to 37 years.

Sub Assistant engineer:

You need to complete the Graduation in Engineering.

Maximum age is 32 years.

Regional Transport Office is abbreviated as RTO.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • Candidate must be an indian.
  • Candidate should have minimum 60% in 12th board exam.
  • Candidate must complete graduation with 60% in any stream


You should have knowledge of :
  • Computer Science
  • Mechanical Engineering.
  • General Studies I
  • General Studies - II
  • Physics
  • Social
  • Mathematics

I suggest you that go to jobs which are related to your Stream.

You can give the RTO exam for clerical post, sub assistant engineer and judicial post.

For judicial post:- You should have a degree in law and your minimum age should be 23.
You should be well versed in your mother tongue.

For clerical post:- You should be a minimum class 12 pass out and your age should be between 18-37 years.

For sub assistant engineer post:- You should have a four year engineering degree and your age should not be more than 37 years.

Syllabus for RTO exam:- general studies, english language and optional subject.

RTO refers to Regional Transport officer

RTO examinations are generally conducted by public service commission of each state of India

The syllabus of RTO includes -Compulsory And Optional Subjects

Compulsory Subjects:

Marathi

English

General Studies – I

General Studies - II

Optional Subjects:

Computer Science

Mechanical Engineering.


The RTO examination is done for three post ::

1.Judicial service post
2.clerkship post
3.sub assistant engineer



Eligibility criteria ::


For Judicial Service post ::

You should be Indian citizen
You should be between 23 year to 34 years.
You should have degree in law from recognized university
You should be able to read, write and speak particular state’s language.

For Clerkship Post::

You should be a citizen of India.
You should have passed 10+2 from a recognized board .
You should be between 18 years to 37 year old.

For Sub Assistant Engineer::

You should be an Indian citizen.
The interested students should have got a 4 year degree in engineering in any one of the following streams ::

Civil
Mechanical

Dear Friend,RTO Exam is known as Regional Transport Officer Exam, Eligibility criteria for RTO exam are as follows:
1. Graduation / Bachelor’s degree in any subject or in any engineering stream or equivalent from a recognized institute / university.
2. Age - 21 Years to 30 Years for General candidates, 21 Years to 33 Years for OBC candidates and 21 Years to 35 Years for SC / ST candidates.
3. Nationality - Indian
NOTE: - Final year appearing candidates can also apply for RTO exam.
You need to mention your state where you want to sit for the exam. It would be difficult to give the information without knowing the state.This exam is held by public service commission. so you need to contact them for information.

Regional Transport Officer (RTO) Exam is conducted by Public Service Commission.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification-
to apply for the test You must have a pass in 10th/matriculation.
Age-
21 Years to 30 Years for General candidates
3 Years of relaxation for OBC candidates
and 5 Years of relaxation for SC / ST candidates.
Generally, In Maharashtra The exam is conducted in the month of March.
In Andhra Pradesh, The exam is conducted in the month of June-July.
For more details about this you can read weekly Employment News,Eligibility vary according to State &post,but basic qualification is 10th pass.

Each require different different qualification:
Judicial post require:
A degree in law

Clerkship post require:
12th class completed student
age 18 to 37

sub assistant engineer:
A degree in engineering in mechnical,electrical.
Maximum age can be 32 years.

Regional Transport Office(RTO)

HI

To become a government officer in any department, first of all complete your graduation in any stream and thereafter appear for State Public Commision Examination or UPSC .


ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

You should have minimum 60% in your
12th board exam.

Subjects to be studied:-

General Studies I
General Studies - II
Optional Subjects
Computer Science
Mechanical Engineering.


you should also be perfect in general knowledge from all aspects other fore some of the important subjects like

physics

mathematics

social


when the notification comes then you can fill it and start preparation from earlier days only it is some what difficuit exam.

but if you did mech engineering then why dont you try jobs which are belonging to your field and many mechanical engineers needed for many companies and they are providing good salaries also.

OR ELSE

If you are trying for only government jobs then try which are belonging to mechanical in government

their are many companies which belong to government

so go for it you need work hard for this it may be RTO job are it may be for any other job if you looking for .
