At first clear this then it will be quite easy to give answer to your question. Although as you have asked this , so I have to mention some books which are generally the B.Tech students read. Besides this, I have mentioned some books name or publication which are referred by the faculty members generally. 1. Tata McgrawHill publication 2. Electronics by Jain & Jain 3. Let us C by Y. Kaneethkar 4. Balaguruswamy's book 5. Tech Max Publication 6. Physics by Amal Chkroborty 7. P.K.Nag's book in Mechanical Science 8. Meheta & Meheta's book in Electrical 9. Hi Friend, In B.Tech we have many branches and in a single branch we have so many subjects. it would be better if you have asked this question by specifying subjects or atlest branch to which you belongs to. here i am giving best books for a B.Tech 1st year student where every one has same syllabus. C and DS by Balaguruswami or Yashwant Kanethkar. Chemistry by Jain & Jain.
