Recruitment Process of Syntel Placement The Syntel campus placement has three rounds, • Aptitude Test • Technical Interview • HR Interview After qualifying written Exam ,you will be called for technical round and in this interview technical questions for Basics like C,C++,JAVA,Database etc.. You will be selected in Technical Interview then you go for HR Interview and in this personal details, communication skills.. And I can attach for Syntel Placement papers. |

Recruitment process of Syntel- -Written test -Technical Interview -HR These are the recuritment process of Syntel company.First written test is conducted.after clearing written exam you are called for Technical interview and HR. According to this year Syntel placement you command on english should be very good.without command on english you can't clear written exam. In Syntel written exam maximum question are asked on english.so your command on english should be very good. This year written exam was 45 minute and 45 question are asked in which 15-20 question are related from maths and other was related to english.so command on english is very important. |

Re: Recruitment process of Syntel after writing the written test? hi, recruitment process of Syntel includes the following 3 Steps listed under: I. Written Test II. Tech Interview III. HR Interview As you are asking after qualifying the written test so, after written test you have to appear in the Technical Interview and HR Interview. Technical and HR interviews can be expected to be on the easier side. You can even expect both these interviews to be combined (Tech + HR combined.) thank you. |

In this HR will be asking you your favourite subject, some of the questions will be from that subject and also from java, c&ds, oops (they are all from computer subjects). This round is around 45 to 60 minutes. If you get through this, you will have HR(personal interview) round. This round is just to check your confidence.
