(Petroleum Exploration and Production Program at Dibrugarh University is an engineering degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Science. There are opportunities in the Govt and as well as n the private sector.. Giant companies like ONGC, IOCL,OIL, Gas Authority of India Ltd. etc recruit petroleum engineers each year.. You can find few institutes in India offering course on petroleum engg.. Here are the institutes offering petroleum engineering: ISM Dhanbad, Universities of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology, Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Maharashtra Institute of Technology - Petroleum Engineering, Just go for M.Tech in any of these institutes and make a good future.. You have to appear for GATE exam which will be followed by an interview. Vinobha Bhave Bihar Institute of Technology, Pt. Ravishanker Govt. Engg. College, Raipur; Benaras Hindu University, Institute of Technology, Varanasi ; College of Technology & Engineering, Udaipur; MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur are some of the good Colleges offering this course. |
