Re: Can I apply for SBI Clerk Exam pursuing final year of BCA course? sir/ma'am, yes you can surely apply for the same,the only requirement for SBI clerk examination is Graduation from a recognized university in any discipline. You can apply and sit for the examination with no hurdles,the scorecard is valid upto one year of announcement of results,the certifiates need to be shown at the time of interview only,so till then you will have completed your graduation and you'll have the valid certifiacyes ,I suggest not to waste the opportunity and start preparing for the examination. Or graduate with minimum 55% marks. If you are pass 10+2 with 60% marks, You can apply. But If you are not pass with 60% marks in 10+2. you have to complete your graduation with 55% marks. You are doing final year of BCA Then you must have completed your 12th standard examination. For SBI CLERK yo will have to pass 12 th standard examination with 60% marks. Please go through these criteria details for BSI CLERK : 1.You must have 60% marks in 12th. 2.Your age must be within 18 to 28 years. 3.you should not have any pending backlogs. In order to be eligible for clerk exam of State Bank of India (S.B.I.), one need to consider the below mentioned points: Eligible Criteria :- 1. Age Limit :: General Candidate => 21 to 30 years O.B.C. Candidate => 21 to 33 years S.C./S.T./Ex-Servicemen Candidate => 21 to 35 years V.H./O.H.(General) Candidate => 21 to 40 years V.H./O.H.(O.B.C.) Candidate => 21 to 43 years V.H./O.H.(S.C./S.T.) Candidate => 21 to 45 years 2. Qualifications :: Educational qualifications should be as follows: * Aggregate 60% in 10 + 2 class or in a diploma after 10th class. It is important to notice that this diploma course should be of at least 2 years duration. Also, these diplomas need to be regular courses with recognized universities. In addition to it, a person should get more than 55% aggregate in graduation. * For SC/ST and PWD categories, a person should have at least 55% aggregate in 10 + 2 and 50% aggregate in graduation. * If a person has not done graduation and got enrolled in professional courses like C.A., C.S. etc after 10 + 2 then the requirement is passing marks in professional course. To apply for this exam you should have 60% marks in 12th. For your information present vacencies in SBI for clerk is only for SC/ST and OBC category student. General category students are not eligible for this exam. If you are eligible then you can apply for this exam at this time. Last date of application form is 20th January 2012. |
