Re: Best college for MTech in INDIA for ELECTRICAL Congratulations.You have got wonderful percentage in GATE.In my view IISc(Indian Institute of Technolgy) has strong research areas in Electrial Deapartment.From last 4 years many of the top rankers perfer to join in IISc in Electrical Department.The placementwise also it is in top place. Some of the other IIT's also have strong Electrical Department like IIT Bombay,IIT Kharugpur,IIT Delhi.In many of NIT'S colleges also has strong electrical Department like NIT Warangal,NIT Surath, IIIT Hyderbad.In JNTU Hyderbad also has strong electrical Department.I think you will easily get seat in IIT's go for either IISc or IIT Bombay,if you won't get then give preference to IIT Delhi,IIT Kharugpur.Many of the other central universities also has strong electrical Department. Choose best decision by observaing past records in various institutes then take the right decision that will turn your life into good postion ALL THE BEST......... |

I am happy to see your interest in the field of master degree course. You got a good score in the GATE entrance examination. I think you will get a top IIT college. M.tech is the Master of Technology which is equivalent to the post graduate level degree. As per your above mention score in the GATE examination i think that IIT, Bombay or IIT, Kanpur will be best for your ahead career. IIT is the top college of India which provide the batter facility and a standard quality education to the own student. If you are interested in the higher study then this is the best option for you. Re: Best college for MTech in INDIA for ELECTRICAL Hi dear, congratulation on scoring 92 percentile in gate....not many students get that............ for doing M TECH in India IIT s and NITs are considered to be the best .......... and there are many reaons for that:- -IITs have the best faculty members in India. -IITs have the best infrastructure in India. -IITs have some of the latest instruments and experimental setups . -IITs give a lot of opportunity to get along the present changing technology. -IITs have best visiting lecturers...... -you get to participate in international level conference and discussion in technology. so i will advice you to take any IIT near your place ....or IITs like IIT mumbai,delhi...... best of luck Thanks |
