Yes, you can definitely do so. The minimum qualification required to pursue Cost and Work Accountancy course, offered by ICWAI, is +2 level passed from a recognized board.
After +2, you may join the Foundation Course.
The course apart from the Foundation Course also comprise of Intermediate Course, Final Course, Computer course and necessary management training.
In order to get admission, you may obtain the application form, along with the prospectus of the course, from your nearest ICWAI regional Council.
The course is offered in both modes, i.e. Distance and Oral Coaching. Depending upon your requirement, you may choose any of the two available options and will have to pay the fees accordingly.
