I'm a B.tech MBA with 4 years of industry experience. I want o join FICCI. How can I. Do i have to clear any kind of exam for the same?

Hi dear

Criteria for IAS exam:-


*Candidate pass graduation in any stream
*Age- 21 to 30 years
5 years relax for OBC candidates
7 years for Sc/St candidates

If above criteria satisfy then candidate eligible for IAS exam

If you are interested in IAS examination Then you will have to fulfill these criteria :

IAS Eligibility :

Academic Qualification :
The candidate must be graduate from any university.

Age Limit :
For General :21 to 30 years.
[SC/ST will get 5 years age relaxation and OBC will get 3 year age relaxation]

No Of Attempts :
General : 4.
SC/ST: Unlimited.
OBC :7.

IAS means Indian Administrative Services and is basically meant for those aspiring candidates who have strong dedication towards the country.


India holds a UPSC examination every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS officers are recruitment.

Eligibility Criteria :-

A.)Educational Qualification:-


The minimum qualification required for appearing the competitive examination is Graduation. Many professionals like Engineers, Doctors, persons with Ph.d qualifications are competing for UPSC.


B.)Age Factor:-

1.> For general category :-

21-30 years and can attempt 4 times.

2.>For SC/ST :-

21-35 years ,and there is no limitation .

3.> For the OBC:-

21-33 years and can attempt 7 times.


Paper Pattern for IAS exam :-

1) General-Studies paper carries 150 marks

2) Optional paper carries 150 marks.

Instead of one compulsory paper of General Studies and one Optional paper, both the papers shall be compulsory.

sir...i hav completed 10 2 and diploma in mechanical and am 22 years old....i have ncc A.b and c cirtificate am very much intrested in army jobs i dont know which jobs are available for my qualification can u plz help me

Eligibility criteria for IAS exam

->you should have a degree from a recognized university

-> your age should be min of 21 years and should not exceed 30 years..

this is the basic eligibility criteria

if you have this you can wait for notification and apply for the same

and attempt well in the three level exam

and then you'll get a good rank

accordingly you will be selected into a particular cadre..

As to attend the IAS exam a candidate needs to have a graduation. In your case, with an MBA you are surely qualified to appear the test. Another main condition is to be below the age of 30 at the time of exam. You will get other necessary information from the official website. As to know the procedure to join in FICCI and IFCI you need to visit the official website.
