Re: Syllabus for MAT exam feburary? while filling the MAT form I had been asked to enter 5 institutes code where my MAT score is to be send. can anyone suggest the best 5 colleges in south india taking MAT scores.. what if I dont get selected to those 5 colleges?? |

MAT is an objective type test (with multiple choice answers) .MAT consists of 4 sections : 1)Language Comprehension: The Language Comprehension area contains questions on Reading Comprehension, Antonyms, Synonyms, Analogies, Sentence Correction, Sentence Completion, Para Jumbles, Fill in the blanks etc. with easy to moderate difficulty level. 2) Mathematical Skills: The Mathematical Skills area mostly contains problems from Arithmetic, Business Maths and Geometry. 3) Data Analysis and Sufficiency: The Data Analysis and Sufficiency area contains sets of questions on Tables, Bar / Line graphs, Pie chart and Data Sufficiency. 4) Intelligence and Critical Reasoning: In the Intelligence and Critical Reasoning area the questions are normally seen from the various Logical Reasoning topics like Direction Sense, Blood Relations, Coding and Decoding, Data Arrangement, Input/Output analysis, Series and Sequences and Critical Reasoning. 5)Indian and Global Environment: The Indian and Global Environment section contains questions from General and Current Awareness. Topics and events about a year old would be most expected to be faced in this area. Business, politics, sports, awards and distinctions, books - anything could be a part of this section. you can prepare based on the above syllabus |

Re: Syllabus for MAT exam feburary? dear friend the mat exams syllabus are availiable in the application broucher, all the detail regarding questions pattern are availiable there, but there is no particular syllabus for mat exams...... pattern of mat exams are- Reading Comprehension - 40 Data Interpretation/Data sufficiency - 40 Quantitative Aptitude - 40 Logical and Critical reasoning - 40 General Awareness - 40 ok all the best. |

Re: Syllabus for MAT exam feburary? I t depends upon your own preparetion for the entrance exam. It is not neccessary that an average student cant crack it with good percentage,prepare for it well,you will be able to crack it with good ranking. Best of luck

Re: Syllabus for MAT exam feburary? you can prepare from r.s. agrawal aptitude book, the materials of time is also an big help.also you can prepare from barrons gre book. the syllabus consists of quant, reading comprehension.data interpretation,reasoning and general awareness. for general awareness you can follow TMH publication book on general awereness |
