Is BBA a good choice? hi friend.. the age criteria for the NDA to join air india is 16 to 19... since u are 17 right now... by the time u finish u will be 20 then u cant apply for it.. so u better do some course that is related to air fore like B.Sc... and other related courses.. so choose wisely which course u want to take.. i hope these information helps... thank you.. |

Age Limit Candidate age should be between 17 - 22 Years non technical grade eligibility criteria:- Education Qualification For group Y candidate should have passed Intermediate/ 10+2 with science, arts, commerce subjects or equivalent vocational courses with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Hi, BBA is Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.As you intend to join Air force,you should go for related courses like B.sc etc.Joining BBA would take you to a total different scenario of Business Administration which would not help you any way for the preparation to join Air Force. As you are from Science stream and your age is 17 years,so you can apply for NDA exam.If you qualify in this exam,you can get job in Indain Air Force. If you miss this time,you can also join after your graduation course by appearing CDS exam.If you are interest in BBA course,then go head.Otherwise go for Engineering stream. But if you will choose BBA then after completing your graduation you cannot apply for IAF as a officer because the criteria is as follows: To join INDIAN AIR FORCE you should apply for NDA after 12th or for CDS after graduation. For applying for NDA: Your age should be between 16.5 - 19 yrs. You should be born between 2nd Jan & 1st Jul for NDA 1 and 2nd Jul & 1st Jan for NDA 2. You should have passed 12th Class (10+2) system of education or its equivalent for Army and with Physics and Maths for the airforce and navy. You should be an unmarried male. For applying for CDS you should have completed your graduation. Your age should be between 19 - 21 yrs. You should have completed your graduation with maths and physics. |

This course is mostly apt for those who are interested joining the corporate world. Moreover it is a three year course. Since you intend to join the army and are interested in science then you must continue in the same stream. Doing engineering or B.Sc in aeronautics will be more useful. You will need to clear the entrance exam for the same. |
