Re: How to apply for ONGC, BHEL, NTPC, IOCL through GATE? I have done my degree engineering throuh AMIE with 51% marks in sec A (5 papers) & 62% marks in sec B(10papers).My overall % in 15 papers is 58.5% . In which PSUs can i apply for the post of engineers. |

All you need is , you have to qualify in GATE exam.. Through GATE exam you can apply for These above mentioned PSU's.. After qualifying in GATE exam with an excellent score you can expect yourself to get into any of these PSU's.. If you able to secure an excellent score in GATE exam then they will call you for the interview.. After clearing the interview session you will be able to get a job in that particular company.. So, go for the GATE exam.. All the best. |

Minimum educational qualification for employment in above companies: Candidates should have passed qualifying degree examinations and awarded bachelor’s degree in engineering/ technology. Candidates, belonging to General and OBC (non- creamy layer) categories, should have secured minimum 65% marks in qualifying degree examinations. It is relaxed to ‘pass’ for Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST) /People With Disability (PWD) candidates So if you are a general candidate, you are not eligible to sit i the above companies..... Please dont loose your heart because there are many other companies, which wants only 60% n the graduation...... Best of Luck.................... |
