Re: What is the domicile criteria in Bihar? A certificate provided by the Bihar government for those people who are the citizen of bihar state is known as Bihar Domicile. Eligibility to get this certificate are as below:- stayed in Bihar consecutive 5 years of Study or 10 years of Stay in Bihar. Hope it helps You. |

Those who are Not under Domicile Category Exceptions are Government of India Nominees, Childress of Employe of Central Governments, Public Sector Undertakings and University Agencies Located in the State |

Domicile i.e stayed in Bihar consecutive 5 years of Study or 10 years of Stay in Bihar Public Sector Undertakings and University Agencies Located in the State Government of India Nominees, Childress of Employe of Central Governments are all excluded from this domicile category. |
