Re: Important dates of IAS exam? hi,friend Important dates of IAS exam,2012 Civil Services Preliminary Exam, 2012 Date of Exam: 20-05-2012 Civil Services Main Exam, 2012 Date of Commencement of Exam: 05-10-2012 After qualifying the preliiminary exam,you can give the main exam and then you can become a IAS officer after passing the interview and physical test. best of luck... |

Dates for civil services exam(IAS exam): release of notification:december 1st week, of every year last date of submission of application form: January 1st week, every year date of examination: may 3rd week, each year. Re: Important dates of IAS exam? hii Important dates of IAS exam exam for selecting top class officers FOR IAS IPS IFS & for alloyed services conducted by UPSC.exam conducts in 3 stages- 1.prelims(may-exam month) 2.mains(october) 3.interview(after mains selection) for prelims application forms sells in the month of february-march. there is an change in prelims-aptitude test will be there in place of optional subject. good luck |

Re: Important dates of IAS exam? Friend IAS exam is the very high level competition known as indian administrative service is conducted by UPSC. If you want to apply for these exam then i giving some information.. The date of notification is 19/2/2011. The last date of receiving application 21/3/2011. The date of preliminary examination 12/6/2011. The date of main examination 29/10/2011. and the academic qualification is graduation from any recognize university. all the best. |

No you are not eligible to appear in 2011 UPSC Civil Services Exam. The Eligibility for UPSC Civil Services Exam is: 1. A graduate in any discipline or a final year graduation student 1. Age Limit: 21 Years minimum and 30 Years maximum. You will be eligible to appear in UPSC CS Exam only when you will complete your graduation or when you will be in final year i.e in the 8th semester.
