Hello nagendra i am rakesh i had completd diploma,be,m.tech in mechatronics.as far as i know i suggest u not to change u r Stream.mechatronics is a multidisiplinary course u can adopt it but few subjects like machine design,hydraulics ,pneumatics you have to learn from scratch , u also have to put lot of effort for studying them.i suggest u pls go through mechatronics syllabus first and if u are convinced and comfortable with the syllabus that u can study it then go for it.but my personal advise is not to change to mechatronics.All the best |

Hello Sir, myself nagendra , i\'m doing engineering (EEE stream ,3rd sem). i\'m interested in robotics ,i want enter into \"mechtronics\" , i\'m in a critical state where i\'m not able to make a right choice and i need your guidelines/help.... i have some questions and i want you to clear it 1) which branh is better for me (\"EEE\" or\"ME\") to enter into mechtronics? as i\'m in \"EEE\" i wsih to change my branch to \"ME\" but i\'m a bit late for procedure of changing branch and i have rare chances of changing branch and this is where i\'m stuck... 2)i want to know that can i continue in same branch if i cant change the branch and enter into mechtronics? |

Re: Can mechtronics students apply for mechnical related jobs in government sector? dear friend, mechtronics is the combination of mechanical, electronics, and some computing problems... yes u can apply for mechanical related jobs in software sector.. there are lots of govt companies those are taking some entrance exam for get into those company like, 1. railways 2. ongc 3. ntpc u just keep reading employment news.. all the best.. |

Special jobs for this will take time to come up but you can still apply for mechanical jobs as you have the basic knoledge of it Just give it a try best of luck |
