IAS stands for Indian Administrative Services and is considered as the most prestigious Job in india .To join this , you need to write civil services examination ,which is conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) .The eligibility Criteria in detail are as follows :

Educational Qualification

There is no any marks criteria in class 10th or 12th .The candidate must have a graduation degree with any stream from a recognized board or university .Final year students can also apply and there is no any marks criteria is specified by upsc for this exam so don't worry about marks.

Age Criteria
  • For General Category Students - 21 to 30 years as on the 1st august of the year of examination.
  • For OBC Candidates- There is a provision of age relaxation upto 3 years for OBC Candidate .In other words , they can appear upto the age of 33 years .

Where should i look for the Notification about IAS
  • Since this exam is conducted by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission ) , the notification regarding IAS can be found on the official website of UPSC that is http://www.upsc.nic.in
  • You can also find the notification on the Employement News

So try to complete your graduation first and don't worry about marks as there is no any marks criteria specified by upsc.
