Complete Information on Indian Forest Service Exam The Indian Forest Service (IFS) Exam is conducted every year by the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) For appearing in the exam..a candidate must fulfill the following minimum conditions :- 1) The candidate must be within the age limit of 21-30 years of age 2) The candidates must have completed their graduation from a recognized University.. The maximum number of attempts allowed for the general candidates is 4,for OBC its 7 and for the SC/ST/PWD there is no limit.. The forms for the 2012 exam shall release on 31st March,2012 The last date for the submission of the application forms is 30th April,2012 The examination will be conducted on 14th July,2012 and will go on for 10 days.. For more details on the exam..you can visit http://upsc.gov.in I have attached a few past papers of IFS along with this post so that you can get an idea of the exam pattern..  INDIAN FOREST SERVICE EXAM EDUCATION QUALIFICATION A Bachelor's degree with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a degree in Agriculture or Forestry or Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent. Final year student are eligible for IFS exam, AGE CRITERIA The candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years. EXAM DETAILS The notification Date---31.03.2012. The examination Date---14.07.2012. The last date of submission of form---30.04.2012. How to crack IFS exam? I am doing B.Tech with Mechanical branch sir i want to crack the IFS(indian forest service) exam what should i do?Now a days i am doing b.tech with mechanical branch. |
