As you are interested for Indian Navy, you should have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics 12th standard for which you are eligible to apply for Indian Naval wing of NDA, but you have to go through certain physical standard after passing the written exam.

The process of registration for NDA-I has already been completed the exam will be held on 15.04.2012.

If you want to be a part of Indian Navy, the best thing will be to apply for the Naval Academy Exam, conducted by the Union Public Service Commission.
To be considered eligible for the exam, you must have studied Maths and Physics in your higher secondary level. After qualifying the exam, you will get admission in the Naval Academy, where you will have to undergo necessary training to be eligible for the Officers post in Indian Navy.

As far as the examination is concerned, it is conducted two times a year and candidates within the age limit of 16 1/2 -19 years may write the exam provided they hold the academic qualification as mentioned above.
