AICTE does not approve distance learning courses. Distance learning courses are run by the universities, in this case BITS Pilani which is a deemed university and these courses are approved by Distance Education Council. Any way BITS is very reputed institute. Distance learning offered by BITS are part time learning coupled with work so it is like a added desired qualification-hands on wotk experience. So approval may not make much impact on the career prospects. It will depend more on your current job profile and experience. |
