Navy qualification-10+2 passed with PCM Air Force-10+2 passed with PCM Army-10+2 passed with any stream Diploma candidates are eligible,diploma is considered equivalent to 10+2 or any other intermediate examination. It is only for intermediate candidates. Age must be 16.5 minimum and maximum 19 years. When the NHDA course is scheduled to begin. NDA conducted twice. NDA course commences twice in a year.In January and July. NDA-Air Force-AFA-permanent Commission NDA-Navy-NA-Permanent Commission NDA-Army-Permanent Commission. PC-service of 30 years,Short service commission-a service of 14 years. |

NDA Exam is conducted by UPSC twice in a year for three wings. - Indian Army - Indian Air Forcs -Indian Navy Eligibility Criteria for NDA exam:- Candidate should be an Indian citizen. For Indian Navy/Airforce Academy:- Candidate should have completed or appearing for final exam of 12th class with PCM stream from a recognized board. For Indian Army Academy:- Candidate should have completed or appearing for final exam of 12th class with any stream from a recognized board. Age limit for NDA exam:- For apply NDA exam candidate age should between 16.5 years to 19 years. There is no age relaxation for this exam. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply NDA exam. Selection process:- - Written test - Personal interview - Medical test. All the best........ |

Educational qualification is 10+2 You may refer to following eligibility criteria - Applicant must be Indian citizen. - Applicant's date of birth should fall between 02 July 1995 and 01 January 1998 both dates are included. - For date of birth proof, UPSC will consider matriculation certificate only. No other documents are considered by the commission. Educational qualifications required - In order to apply for Army wing of National Defence Academy, applicant must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam in any stream. - For Air Force Academy and Navy wings of NDA, candidate should have Mathematics and Physics subjects in his 10+2 exam. - Candidates who are studying in second year of 10+2 exam are also eligible to apply for NDA & NA exam (II). - For Naval Academy also applicant must have studied Physics and Maths at 10+2 level All the best |

NDA - National Defence Academy, the entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II for an entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force. The age limit for NDA is from 16.5 to 19 years and without any age relaxation for any reserved candidate. The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian Male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board with good Physical and Mental health. The 2nd National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) entrance examination will be conducted on 11th August, 2013. The exam, which is carried out by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), will be held for admission to 130 Army, Navy and Air Force Course and 92 Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) for 2013 session. Eligibility Criteria The candidate should: >> Have a XII Class / Equivalent passed certificate conducted by State Board / Universities. Those appearing for the exam can also apply provided they furnish the proof of passing the Class XII exam at a later date as specified by the UPSC. >> Have Physics & Maths in 10+2 if he has applied for Navy & Air Force. >> Be an unmarried male. >> Be between 16 1/2 to 19 years of age. >> Be physically fit. National Defense Academy exam organizes as NDA-I and II for Indian Air Force, Indian Army and Indian Navy wings. The candidate should be between 16-1/2 to 19 years of age 2. Your marital status should be single. 3. You should be a citizen of India. So if you fulfil the criteria, you are eligible for NDA. You are advised to keep Yourself in good physical condition, by following given Routine : >> Running 2.4 km in 15 minutes >> Skipping >> Pushups and sit ups (minimum 20 each) >> Chin ups (minimum 08) >> Rope climbing - 3-4 metres. |

Dear pal, The national defence academy provides training to the aspirants under the various disciplines namely army, navy and airforce. Certain essential requirement for admitting the aspirant to the training course involves. 1. Only unmarried make aspirants are eligible to apply for it. 2. The aspirant should have completed is 10+2 examination. A special requirement for navy and airforce. It that the aspirant should have chosen physics, mathematics as their subject in the higher secondary course. 3. The age requirement is minimum of 16.5. The aspirant should not be more than 19 years of age. 4. The aspirant should not get married untill they complete the training programme. The aspirant need to satisfy certain physical requirement as per their age . Aspirant with NCC certificate with have a advantage in the selection. Eligibility for Indian Army : 1:You should pass 12(10+2)th or its equivalent from State Board / Universities. you can also apply as appearing for 12th examination. 2:Marital Status:Unmarried 3:Sex :Male. 4:Age Limit : Between 16.5 and 19. 5:Nationality: You have to be A citizen of India, or subject of Bhutan, or subject of Nepal, or Tibetan refugee . Application Forms are published in any leading newspapers during March or April every year and entrance examination to be held by the UPSC six months later from the application form is published. The UPSC (NDA) exam is conducted twice a year (April and October)in all major cities throughout India. Each year course start twice January and July. Citizenship: Indian NDA-I and NDA-II exam are conducted twice in year, because the person who was not able to attend for NDA-I exam, he can apply for NDA-II exam in the same year, without having gap between the education. Which is conduced by UPSC twice every year to recruit students.. Eligibility for NDA exam:- For Army wing:- 1.The candidate have to complete the 12th in any trade from a recognized central or state board. 2.The candidate must have secured 60% aggregate in 12th. For Naval or Air force:- 1.The candidate have to complete the 12th in science having physics and maths in 12th. 2.The candidate must have secured 60% aggregate in 12th. Age eligibility:- 1.The age should be in between 16.5-19 years.. So, you have to fulfill all these criteria to appear in NDA exam.. All the best. |

The basic Eligibility criteria for this examination are as follows. ->Candidate must basically be Indian. ->Appearing Candidate must not get married at the time of application. ->The age of the candidate must be in between 16 1/2 and 19 years only. on 1st Jan or 1st July respectively with NDA1 and NDA2 These are the basic eligibility criterion Coming to the Educational Qualification Requirements. For Airforce wing or Naval wing the candidates must be completed 10+2 in MPC Stream only For Army wing the candidates with all 10+2 are eligible to apply. Some Conditions after joining the training are ->you should not think about marriage till the end of the training. ->if you found married in between then you have to revert some amount which is said to be spent on you for training. and you will get banned from training. Physical Qualities. ->Every candidate must be physically fit. ->If any minor defects they have to get it corrected before their suspension from the program/training.
