Yes, you can apply for the IAS exam after completion of the graduation course. A candidate should have minimum of 21 years of age while applying for the IAS exam. The upper age limit is 30 years. Relaxations in case of age limit for the reserved categories are also provided. IAS exam is conducted by UPSC. You need to select the subjects which are related to your area while attempting this exam. Start your preparations early so that you have sufficient time for the same.

Dear Aspirant,
Yes you are eligible for IAS or Civil Services because you fullfils the basic eligibility criteria for IAS which is Graduation from any Indian university or Deemed University recognised by UGC(University Grants Commission).So you are eligible.

Gulbarga University is recognized by University Grant Commission.
Since you have completed your Bachelors Degree program from Gulbarga University, you are definitely eligible to write Civil Service Exam provided you fulfill other eligibility criteria mentioned below:

You must have attained the age of 21 years.
If you belong to general category, the maximum age limit is 30 years.
If you belong to OBC category, the maximum age limit is 33 years.
If you belong to Sc/St category, the maximum age limit is 35 years.

Since the examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission, you must refer to its official website for further detail.
