As I have checked your application status and it is showing that application is not reached. So it may be possible that your application is not received because of the following reason mentioned below:

1. You have sent late your application form.

2.It may be possible that it is on the way or it is not processed yet.

3. Also because of incomplete application form your application is rejected.

But it would be good for you to contact at the below address shown below:
