dear friend,

After commerce you can go for any of the following :

1. M.Com (Master of Commerce)
2. MBA (Master of Business Administrator)

Civil Services Examination is the most prestigious examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission for recruitment to various All India Services including I.A.S. , I.P.S., I.F.S.,I.R.S., and various Group A Services and Group B Services.

Normally applications are invited by UPSC notifications in leading News Papers during December every year.

The Civil Services Examination consists of three stages.

* Civil Services Preliminary Examination ( Objective Type) (Usually
conducted in May)
* Civil Services Main Examination (Written) (Conducted during

Before answering yes or no to your question, want to confirm few things with you.

As you have completed B.Com and M.B.A in distance mode without appearing in 10th.

To appear in civil service exam and become an IAS officer you need to have a valid degree certificate from a recognized university.

if your B.Com degree in distance and MBA in distance proves their validity and if they are said valid from a recognized university then you're eligible to write civil service exam(IAS exam).
If not,
you aren't eligible to write this exam.

This is my view on your problem.

Also, consult some authorized authority to check and conform your eligibility as this is the rare case.

Good Luck
