But i am not employ in any org. So please advise me for futer and where do i wrong ?and what solution my problem |

I have around 3 years of experience in HR field and I would like to continue my studies. Please advise me which course is suitable. I have a plan to join 1 year Executive HR course which is offered from many management schools for working professionals. Kindly share your opinions, whether is it helpful to career growth or not? Manager in any company.Nowadays there are lot of scope in this field. Every organisation is needed to hire a HR Manager.There are lot of scope in private sector than gov. sector. Few years back there used to be only need of HR manager in private sector but nowadays there is also scope in gov. sector too.So try your efforts.best of luck. with best wishes!!!! |
