Re: Can I get a good job in the Army or Indian Navy after scoring 63% overall? Yes, you can join Indian Army/Navy after having qualified 12th standard with 63% marks. After passing 12th standard you can join Indian Army, Navy or Air Force by giving NDA exam held twice in a year & organized by UPSC, India. NDA-National Defence Academy There are two exam for NDA in a years:- NDA I & NDA II. Requirements for NDA exam is as follows: >To join Indian Army, You should have completed 12th standard in any stream from central/state board. >To join Indian Indian Navy/Air Force, you you should have completed 12th standard with Science(Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) stream. >To join Indian Army/Navy/Air Force your Age should be with in 16.5 to 19 years. >For NDA, your should have Indian citizenship. >For NDA, You should be Unmarried Male candidate. >You should be physically & Mentally fit. NDA has three steps for recruitment to defence services:- > Written Test > Interview > Physical Test Pattern of NDA - Written Test:  You can apply for NDA exam online only through UPSC Official website. Yes, of course you can apply for NDA in the army or in the navy wing after you have passed 10 2 with 63% marks as there is no percentage restriction to apply for NDA. For this you must also have taken Physics and Mathematics in class 12th. As the interested candidates can apply for NDA entrance exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission (conducted twice a year). Academy consists of three wings - Navy, Air Force and Army. ¡è Criteria for Eligibility : ~ candidates who are currently in 12th or who have cleared 10 2 can apply. ~ Marital status of the candidates should be unmarried. ~ candidates who have completed 10 2 can apply for air force and navy. ~ non-permanent citizens of India are not allowed to apply for NDA. Candidates can apply for NDA by both offline and online method. Yes, you are eligible to apply for Indian Army/Navy through NDA Examination after completion of your 12th class in science stream. NDA stands for National Defense Academy.NDA Examination are conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) twice in a year i.e., NDA I and NDA II. NDA Examination is conducted for 3 wings: • Indian Air Force • Indian Navy • Indian Army The Eligibility Criteria: ** The candidate must have to pass 12th class from a recognized university. ** And the final year of 12th class students also to apply for this NDA Examination. ** There is no any percentage restriction in 12th class. ** The age limit in between 16.5 to 19 years. There is no an upper age criteria. ** The candidate must be male person & unmarried and medically fit. ** The candidate must be citizen of India. Can I get a good job in the Army or Indian Navy after scoring 63% overall? Dear sir i hve completed my 10+2 from state board, manipur. I hve got 63% overall as a student of science. Now i m persuing graduation from delhi university in b.sc zoology. . . So my question is can i get good job in the field of india army or indian navy? |
