Hi!
* Nowadays M.SC (CS/IT) becoming in-eligible qualification to teach for CS even in Private Institutions. But this may vary from State to State. In TamilNadu, slowly this rules is becoming enforced.

* You either can do a Ph.D or must clear UGC-NET or SET/SLET exams.

to achieve your goal!

yes you can join any institute govt or private after completing MSC IT .

For better option go for M.Tech and become lecturer in Engineering college
and increase your perks and

you can be appointed as Govt. Lecture but if there are posts in them , education wise you are eligible.

Best of Luck

Dear Friend

Your qualification is same as the minimum educational qualification required
for Lecturer post.

You can become a lecturer for sure.
You should apply for UGC-NET examination.
There is no age limitation as such.
You are just required to have passed master degree.

You will have to appear NET examination with Computer Science and Application subject.
The syllabus for Computer Science and Application subject is attached with this message.
Find it into the attachments.
