ya it is possible to crack IAS exams without joining any coaching.
joining the coaching is just the wasting of money and most important wasting of time.

In this era anyone can get the guidelines through various sources and plan the strategy
according to him.

To crack the exams like IAS is how u plan your strategy and just stick to your planned strategy and be
sincere towards your strategy.

Yes , you can crack IAS Exam without taking help of coaching classes.There are so many people who have cracked this exam by preparing itself. Collect you material from various sources and start your preparation. I hope you can do it.

yes, it is posible to crack IAS examination without coaching. it depends on your knowledge and self study.if u devote ur time in self studying then u can crack it . be thorogh with the gk and read various magzanies which have interview questions in it. read as much as u can.try to solve logical problems in short duration tthis will sharpen ur mind and will prive fruitful for exam. all the best try ur best u eill succeed and be determined

yes ofcourse we can do it by..
having good knowledge at "social studies" and having well concentration on "politics"
and reading "current affairs" updated.....
because the coaching centers just guide us but they can not make us perfect unless we have concentration..
we have a proverb "we can take the horse up to the water pond but we can not make it to drink the water"
Like that we are the horses coaching center are the trainers and IAS rank is water....
so we can get the rank without coaching.

Hi,

Civil service examination has been designed in such a way that non-coaching student can easily crack it.Civil service exam requires continuous study in a planned and systematic way.You know prelims exams consists of only two paper that is General Studies and paper 2 consisting question of English comprehension,Aptitude reasoning and DI

Similarly main examination consists of essay ,four papers of general studies and optional paper which you might have already studied in your graduation.So go through previous years questions understand the type questions ,see the syllabus ,according buy books and go through them.

You may follow these books for General Studies
1)NCERT 9th-12th (History,Geography,Indian Polity and Economics)
2) Introduction to Constitution of India by DD Basu
3) Indian Polity for Civil Service Examination by M laxmikant
4) Our Parliament by Subash Kashyap
5) India’s Struggle for Independence by Bipin Chandra
6) History of Modern India by Bipin Chandra

ofcourse, you must read newspaper reader regularly and must have a thorough knowledge on history , geography, ecoomics and gk.. you can crack IAS. No need to go for coaching. But you can take membership in a good library and read as much as u can possible.. Nothing is impossible with hardworking and strong determination.. All the best

ans: ya it is possible. You collecting a school days onwards a little little materials for IAS. For example, in a newspaper, a small news , who is the governer for the tamilnadu at present? Ans. K. Rosaiha. Like that we collect the material that is most help for our IAS exam.

Firstly congrats that your aim is to be an ias officer, which is the most respected work you can do.

Coming to your question, i want to say tat its not the coaching which makes an ias. Its you who will become ias, your knowledge, your passion, your hard work and the most important your devotion.

DEAR FRIEND

IAS Exam is conducted by UPSC every year.

IAS Exam Selection Procedure:

The selection process includes 3 stages
1. Preliminary Exam
2. Main Exam
3. Interview

IAS Preliminary Exam:

Here the exam will be of objective type and is consisted of two papers :

first paper will contain the general studies of total 150 marks...

and second exam will contain Optional subject selected by candidate total 300 marks......then you will have to sit for the IAS Main Exam,if you qualified in the preliminary examination..

After successful completion of the preliminary exam, you will be eligible to write the main examination which will be followed by interview.

Exam notifications are published in the employment news and other leading newspapers in the month of November / December and exam is conducted in the month of May .

Age limits :

21 - 30 yrs for general candidates.

21 - 33 yrs for OBC candidates.

21 - 35 yrs for SC/ST candidates.

The filled application form should be submitted to

New Delhi - 110069

friends,,mine is little different scenario..am now 30 and d am obc catogory. its take some years for me to know what i want. so am decided to start preparation for civils. and am from working class so only few hours i can dedicate for studies. so guys please guide me for further process and most welcome for any analytical comments. thanks allot in advance.

HI!
If you have power and you are intelligent then you can easily qualify the Civil Services exam.

Basically Coaching institute will provide you the path how you will achieve you aim.
If you are enough to create you path then no problem you can achieve you aim without coaching.

If you want you can take admission in govt. coaching Institute of your state.

Respected sir myself Shivinder Singh jamwal from Jammu & i read in 5th Sem(mechanical branch) in Mbscet. Kidding.. If you are in 8th standard.. then it's probably your parents dream that you become an IAS officer.. The best advice anyone can give you is to grow up, find out what you like/dislike and then decide your career ..
Do Not become an IAS officer for a wrong reason.. it's a highly respectable and responsible post and if you don't know what you are doing or why you are doing.. it's just a shame for all of us..

IAS is a very tough exam for this exam a good guide is required to crack this but it is possible without guide
totally depends on how a student prepare for this if you have confident then you do it.
In world nothing is there what can man can not be done.

so be positive and well prepared for then i hope you do it, and one thing you may contact Super 30 institute owner who provide coaching for poor family student .

Dear friend,

Yes,you can prepare yourself for IAS without coaching centers.
It is not necessary that you do coaching for IAS.
If you think that you have good command in your all subjects.
Such as General Knowledge,
Current affairs,
And other topics.
If you have that confidence then you can prepare for IAS.
If you do lot of hard work then definately you can crack the exam.

dear friend coaching is required to crack ias. it is a must now. because whether u like it or not that has been the trend so far. so if u cannot afford coaching then search for students who is or was in coaching classes and take materials and advice from him. that will do.. to some extent. good luck

dear friend coaching is not compulsary for any examination it is just extra help for u.if u are read regularly in home with self study u can achive any target some important books are also avilable for self study student. so u go to market and purchase a book and previous year question paper and test paper and that u become a an IAS Officer
i am attech some question paper help u for exam in self study.

if u r not able to take coaching ,then it doesn't mean that you wouldn't clear IAS. the thing is, u need proper guidelines and u need to take dexterous steps during u r preparation . Be sanguine .Everything is possible.
