for being a judge you need to do certain things like you must have an llb degree. there are many exams conducted for the same for both graduates and under-graduates find out it. than you may do masters of law but its not compulsary, after getting bachelors degree start assisting good lawyers and after getting experience start practicing law of your own..after some years you may be a judge..

Re: How to become a judge?

Judges preside over local, state and federal courts and are either appointed or elected. Federal judges are appointed for life, while the others serve for fixed, renewable terms.

The first step in becoming a judge is determining which judgeship you are interested in. If the position requires a law degree, you'll need to first attend law school. Regardless, you'll want to make sure you thoroughly understand the area of the law you'll be working in before seeking appointment or election to the bench, and be prepared to seek continuing education during your tenure.

to become a judge first you have to become a lawyer. for this you to study LLB or LLM. after that you have to be experienced in law. after acquiring experience you may apply for the post of judge in court. but to become a judge is not so easy. it is very much difficult. the responsibility is very high for the judge.

Re: How to become a judge?

hi friend,

First thing is that , to become even a judge you should be familiar with laws . Hence person having experience in law would be an extra advantage. Else the easiest way to become judge is to qualify state's judicial service examination.or, you can start practice and after 10 years you may sit for advocate quota of state judicial service examination.

However senior lawyers are often inducted into service by the judiciary following an established procedure.

Re: How to become a judge?

To become a judge one needs to develop knowledge of show procedure and other requirements of a judge having already gained the ability to compare birds over the years. Judging not only depends on judging ability even though that is the most important part. A judge will enter an elite group of fanciers that is above the rest as he/she is relating to the Rules and Standards as laid down by the Budgerigar Society and its affiliated Area Societies. This will involve knowing the Colour Standards, Ideal Budgerigar, Scale of Points, Show Rules, Patronage Conditions, Judges’ Panel Conditions, Standard Show Cages and the Guidelines as laid down by the B.S. in their current Rule Book.
