Re: What is the eligibility criteria to join Airforce after 10th? I done my 10th with 7.0 cgpa from Chandigarh,INDIA..session 2010-11.Now I am 19.I wanted to join air force.But I don't know how.please suggest me.I really want this.please |

Flying Branch, 2. Technical Branch, 3. Ground Duty Branch. As you want to become a pilot so you are in Flying Duty branch. Now i have suggest you the eligible criteria for this aspect which are given below : 1. Age :: 19 to 23 years as on 01 july 2012 i.e. born between 2nd july 1989 to 1 july 1993(both dates inclusive). 2. Educational Qualification :: Graduates in any discipline from a recognized university having 60% or more than 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together and have passed 10+2 th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or BE/B.Tech degree from a recognized university having 60% or more than 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together. 3. Physical Standard :: i.) Height : minimum 162.5 cm and more than this ii.) Weight : in between 60 to 80 kg iii.) Vision : minimum visual acuity 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in another eye The selection procedure are consist of two types which are : 1. AFCAT(Air Force Common Admission Test) and 2. For NDA candidate pass 12th science Age-16.5 to 19 years CDS candidates minimum graduation in any stream............  Good Luck............ |

To join in Indian Air Force after 10th,there is no way You need to write the entrance exam for joining in Indian Air Force which is a defence force of India. There are many entrance exams which are conducted in India for joining in Indian Air Force but as regarding all them you cannot join in Indian Air Force,as you are not satisfying the eligibility criteria needed for the exams. There are many criteria's which you need to satisfy in order to apply for the entrance exams.The minimum education qualification needed by the candidate in order to join in Indian Air Force is by completing +2 with physics and mathematics as subjects If you satisfy this criteria you can write the entrance exam which is conducted by UPSC every year for candidates to join in defence forces of India and it is NDA Exam.as it offers candidates to join in defence forces of India in which Indian Air Force is also one component. So,it is better that you continue your studies and then apply for the NDA Exam ALL THE BEST |
