Re: How can I join Air Force after completion of 10+2 from Science stream? For applying in Indian Air Force you must have to complete your 10+2 from any recognised college. Mode of selection:- (i)NDA exam by UPSC and(ii) SSB interview Apply in response to advertisement in March/April & Oct./Nov. Age at the time of joining must be 161/2-19 years |

Hello sir,completing after 10and+2 and you interested to join in the Indian air force ,you should apply for the NDA exam.NDA is the offering the 3 entrance exams Indian Army,Navy ,Air Force.   In Air Force Entry:Nationality:Indian Gender:This is applicable only to men. your Age limit-are 19 Qualifications:You should have passed your 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics. Final year students can also apply. Processor admission in the AIR FORCE : :-In this qualification you are apply for FLYING Branch from UPSE Entrance Exam.Thatis NDA exam,conducted by the UPSC. :-If you are qualifing this exam,(After pilot apptitude battery test)You take PABT to your PILOT.After that your next step is common selection procedure i.e IAF :-FIRST ONE IS THE medical examinatiion after that Merit test,after that NDA ,after that flying traing establishment,after OFFICER. :-Mechanical Transport Driver and Certain Technical Trades: :-Minimum height - 165 cm. and Minimum leg length - 99 cm. IAF Police: Minimum height - 175 cm. and Ground Training Instructor and Musician and Minimum height - 167 cm Best up luck.. |

The Basic Process Candidates, short-listed for Air Force after the initial selection procedure, go through a rigorous three-year training regimen at the National Defence Academy, followed by specialised training at the Air Force Academy. Thereafter, they are commissioned as officers and posted as pilots at any of the Air Force Stations. To be in the National Defence Academy You can join NDA by taking the exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). This exam is conducted twice a year in all major cities throughout India. To know more about the application process click here. Eligibility Criteria To join the NDA you need to fulfil the following requirements: Age 16 ½ to 19 years* Nationality Indian Gender This is applicable only to men.
