Re: Can I apply for JTO exam in may or June while pursuing 3rd year B.Tech? No, you are not eligible to appear for JTO exam while pursing B.Tech. 3rd year. The minimum qualification for JTO exam is B.Tech. Graduate. JTO-JUNIOR TELECOM OFFICER exam conducted by BSNL in the following Branches:- ELECTRONICS & TELECOMMUNICATION ELECTRICAL CIVIL The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having completed Graduation Degree in Engineering in Electrical/Civil/Electronics & Telecommunication/Radio/Computer/IT from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years (Upper age relaxed for reserved Candidate), is eligible to apply for JTO exam. The notification for 2012 JTO exam is yet to be announced. So be updated with the official website of BSNL and for further information i.e. http://www.bsnl.co.in |

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : JTO-TELECOM Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or equivalent Engineering degree in any of the following disciplines from a recognized engineering college/university. i. Telecommunication, ii. Electronics, iii. Radio, iv. Computer, v. Electrical. vi. Information Technology Final year student are eligible for JTO exam.. JTO-CIVIL You must have Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology or equivalent in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution/University. JTO-ELECTRICAL You must have Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology or equivalent in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institution/University. AGE LIMITATION:- The maximum age for JTO exam is 30 years.Age relaxation is provide for SC/ST/OBC category as per govt rule. NATIONALITY:- Only Indian Citizen are applicable.
