Re: What are the ways to join Indian Army after passing 12th? After completing class 12th you have numerous ways to join Indian army. You can give NDA exam to become a officer in the Indian army.The NDA exam is conducted twice a year by UPSC. The exam is held in the month of April and September. You can apply for TES if you have scored well in your class 12th. If you get shortlisted you will be called directly to attend the SSB. You can also become a soldier by participating in the open rally, In which you have to clear the physical and the written exam which is generally easy. |

Re: What are the ways to join Indian Army after passing 12th? After completing of intermediate Without NDA exam I can join as an army border major any other post or I join as solder and write higher exams ? |

Re: What are the ways to join Indian Army after passing 12th? You can join Indian Army by appearing through NDA entrance exam after 12th. NDA- NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY exam conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II for entry in to three wings of NDA:- INDIAN ARMY WING INDIAN NAVAL WING INDIAN AIR FORCE WING The candidate must be an unmarried Indian male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Central/State Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years of age with good Physical and Mental Fitness, is eligible to apply for Indian Army of NDA. The selection is through written exam followed by personal interview along with physical fitness and Medical test. The written test comprises of objective type questions from Mathematics, Science and General Ability with 200 marks each. If you are interested for NDA then you can apply NDA-II 2012 exam, the notification will come out in the month of May 2012 followed by exam during August 2012. Eligibility criteria: The minimum educational qualification is 12th standard. Age limit is 16.5years to 19years. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible Candidate should be physically fit. Candidate should be a citizen of india. Selection procedure: Written test, SSB interview, Interview. Important dates: Date of commencement of notification : 05-05-2012 Last date for the receipt of completed application forms : 04-06-2012 Date of NDA II Exam : 19-08-2012 For more details visit www.upsc.gov.in All the best. |

 You have completed 12th standard so you are applicable for NDA exam.Indian Army recruit the Candidate through NDA exam. NDA stands for National Defence Academy .This exam is conducted by UPSC twice time in a year. Those candidate have completed 12th standard from recognized board with science departments are applicable for NDA exam. Commerce and Arts students are applicable only for Indian Army Exam. Your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.There are no age relaxation criteria for SC/ST criteria. Only unmarried male candidate are applicable for NDA exam.Also you must have citizenship of India. PATTERN FOR NDA EXAM=> Test paper contain 3 topis 1)Mathematics 2)Science(Physical Science and Chemistry) 3)General ability. Every section have 200 marks and the time duration for each section is 2 hr. NDA I exam date already over so if you are very Interested in Indian army then you can apply here before closing date.
