NDA: NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY...where candidates can serve india in three different fields... girls are not eligible for NDA because of the reason that they are not physically that much than boys... for NDA a candidate must be physically fit it is the main criteria where so many people get selected and some of them due to lack of fitness does not select... so for girls NDA is not applicable as this is to serve india and have to face many hard situations... girls are basically weak and not that much fit than boys..so GOVT had not given oppurtunity for NDA.... many other EXAMS conductes by UPSC ..both boys and girls can appear.... you may check them in UPSC.GOV.IN...website...the eligibilty criteria will be given based on that girls can appear for various exams in which they are capabel of..!! |

Re: NDA using NCC 'C' certificate? dear friend ncc-c certificate has a great importance. you can easily join a nda because a person having ncc-c certificate directly apply for ssb. means it is not necessary that he has to give test. he directly has to go for interview. if you are selected by ssb you are sent to next defence training good luck |

Eligibility Criteria XII Class / Equivalent passed certificate conducted by State Board / Universities. Candidate appearing for above examination can also apply. Unmarried male candidates only Age between 16 1/2 to 19 years Nationality - A candidate must be either: A citizen of India. Hi, There is a special Direct Entry scheme in which Candidates having NCC 'C' certificate can Go for Direct SSB i.e Service Selection Board (Interview). * Eligibility:- o Educational Qualifcation :- + Any degree with Physics & Maths as a subject Or B.E with Naval wing Senior Div NCC 'C' certificate. o Age Limits:- + Should be in between 19 years to 24 years of age. * How to apply for This:- o You have to apply for this after your Graduation Or degree. Final year students are Only Eligible. o You have to see for the Notification either in Employment news or www.indianarmy.nic.in o You have to buy UPSC form only, there you have to specify for which Entry or through which Entry you are Applying |

Re: NDA using NCC 'C' certificate? It is very helpful as the Indian Defense services have have a special entry scheme for NCC "C" Certificate holding candidates. You can directly apply to the flying branch of Indian air force and you will directly get a call letter for SSB interview if you fill through NCC special entry scheme. |
